Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform.

Pre-registration Cancellation

You may cancel your pre-registration at any time before the service goes live. Once the service is active, standard cancellation terms apply. To cancel your pre-registration, please contact us at sales@zeltons.com or call +91 98805 12345.

Service Cancellation

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 7 days after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our team and they have initiated the process of service delivery.

Refund Processing

In case of any refunds approved by ZeltonLivings, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as promised
  • Technical issues preventing service usage
  • Duplicate payments made by mistake
  • Service cancellation within the allowed timeframe

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already delivered and used
  • Custom development work completed
  • Third-party service fees
  • Administrative charges
